Abam Victor Francis (Zazi), a spirited Nigerian artist born on April 1, 1997, has embraced the vibrant culture of his roots in Cross River State. His artistic journey began at home and flourished through formal education, culminating in a bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts and Technology from the Cross River State University of Technology. While his primary focus is painting, Zazi’s creative practice spans diverse forms, including textile, graphics, sculpture, and poetry. He specializes in realism and surrealism, viewing creativity as a duality of emotions. He believes that even mistakes can lead to profound appreciation among those with an illuminated consciousness.
